  • Simulation and modelling of sintered micro structures
  • Micro 4-point probe method: characterization of the electrical behavior in the micro scale range (grain boundary resistivity tests, etc.)
  • Micro lock-in infrared thermography: detection of hot spots in micro electric circuits
  • Varistor research: simulation and micro electrical characterization
